Creating the perfect blend for innocent
When a brand built on goodness wants to go deeper on human rights, the results are bound to be fruitful.
The global smoothie giant came to us wanting to strengthen their teams’ understanding of human rights. We designed and delivered a bespoke human rights training programme for approximately 60 office-based staff across Innocent’s global teams – from production planners to procurement professionals.
Over four 90-minute online sessions, we covered the fundamentals of human rights and Innocent’s own commitments, how human rights play out in the workplace, modern slavery and supply chain risks, and emerging trends including new EU legislation.
The sessions were designed to be direct and accessible – grounded in real-world examples that made the connection between global human rights issues and everyday business decisions feel immediate and relevant.
Every participant praised the facilitator’s depth of subject matter knowledge. 94% highlighted the clarity and accessibility of the content. And 100% found the real-world examples and case studies highly effective.
What stood out most was the cross-functional relevance. People working in procurement, supply planning, and operations all came away with a clearer sense of how human rights due diligence connects directly to the decisions they make – from choosing suppliers to planning for business continuity.
