Thought leadership
Some of the most important conversations about human rights happen when the right people are in the room together.
Conferences, industry events and forums are key to getting human rights onto the agenda. Keeping it there takes credible voices who can speak with authority, warmth, and the conviction needed to capture hearts and minds.
Speaking and presenting
The Inherently Human team, particularly our founder Louise Herring, regularly speak at conferences, executive roundtables, and industry events on business and human rights.
They draw on years of hands-on experience working alongside businesses, industries, and supply chains – covering the regulatory landscape, where it’s heading, and what embedding human rights actually requires inside complex organisations.
Moderating and facilitating
The team are also skilled moderators who help create the conditions for conversations that are honest, generative, and grounded. They draw out the best thinking in the room, connect ideas across perspectives, and ensure that even difficult exchanges move somewhere useful.
Our approach holds space for complexity without losing sight of the practical.
Building senior buy-in
Some of the most consequential work happens in the preparation – the conversations, briefings, and groundwork that shape how leaders think before a boardroom presentation or a company-wide policy launch.
We work with sustainability leads, human rights champions, and senior executives to help make the internal case for this work: preparing briefings, sharpening the argument, and building the confidence to advocate at the highest level.
