Fee Guidance

All ETI Human Rights Essentials training courses listed are subject to the UK VAT rules of supply, and where applicable VAT will be charged at 20%. Training fees include all relevant course materials, refreshments and lunch, where applicable. Herring Consultancy Ltd (trading as “Inherently Human (IH)”) will invoice for the cost of the training prior to the training date (after registration confirmation) and expect payment to be settled before course attendance (standard payment terms being net 30 days from the date of invoice).

Cancellation

If you notify IH in writing or via email training@inherentlyhuman.co.uk at least 15 working days before the date of the training, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw for whatever reason within the 15 working day period, the full fee will remain payable, and you are welcome to nominate a substitute attendee to take your place.
In the instance of IH cancelling a training course, IH will endeavour to rearrange suitable dates. Where this is not possible, IH will reimburse any fees already paid for the training course. IH will not reimburse travel costs in the event of cancellation of training courses.

Course transfers

If you notify IH by email at training@inherentlyhuman.co.uk least 15 working days before the date of the workshop there is no charge for transferring your booking to the same workshop on an alternative date, where available. Only one rebooking to an alternative date will be allowed.

IH is not able to transfer bookings to an alternative date if your notice is received within 15 working days of the date of the training.

If you notify IH within 15 working days before the date of the workshop the full fee will remain payable, and you will be charged the full fee for the subsequent workshop you wish to attend.

Use of Personal Information

All personal data that IH may use will be collected, processed, and held in accordance with the provisions of UK data protection legislation and your rights thereunder. If you have any concerns regarding the collection, processing, storage, and retention of personal data by IH please email training@inherentlyhuman.co.uk.

Food Allergies (for in-person ONLY)

Please note that while IH is not liable for food allergies, we will do our best to cater to requests. However, we would politely request that participants with severe allergies bring their own food.
